The Plan: Our Honeymoon will be a two week bicycle trip from Shenandoah National Park in Virginia to Great Smoky National Park in North Carolina / Tennessee. Starting in Front Royal, Virginia we will cycle the 105 mile Skyline Drive and continue on the mountainous Blue Ridge Parkway for the next 470 miles until we reach the Smokies, and explore the most visited National Park in America.
The Reason: Not your typical honeymoon, but we are not typical people. Our thrist for adventure outweighs your normal white sand beach and warm climate honeymoon. If all goes well, this is just a prelude to our real honeymoon in the spring of 2011. Dream big, work hard, and live like you have only one life... because you do.
